Motivating and inspiring as a leader

Motivating and inspiring others towards professional achievement is a crucial leadership skill. This workshop is designed based on empirical research to help participants improve their leadership skills in this area. In particular, the participants will learn about motivation and how to motivate and inspire others by communicating a vision, setting goals, and providing feedback effectively.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
• Define two sources of motivation for work
• Describe a leader’s role in communicating a vision
• Practice effective goal-setting techniques
