The McGill Faculty of Law is pleased to announce its new Optional Applicant Category for Indigenous Candidates applying to the BCL/JD program for the Fall 2023 semester. Please join us via Zoom or in person at the Faculty for a conversation hosted by the Assistant Dean (Admissions & Recruitment), who will be joined by Professor Aaron Mills, the Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Constitutionalism and Philosophy, and Brandon Montour, a 3rd year law student and member of the Indigenous Law Association Droit Autochtone (ILADA) at McGill. Topics to be discussed include the rationale and procedure for the new applicant category, a student perspective on the experience of applying to, and studying in, the Faculty and the Faculty’s efforts to integrate Indigenous legal traditions in the BCL/JD program. The session will include an open Q & A period.

We look forward to welcoming you!
