The McGill Intellectual Property Law Student Association welcomes Daniel S. Drapeau, BCL'90, LLB'90, of DrapeauLex Inc.

Mtre Drapeau will talk about the fundamentals of intellectual property law from a practical perspective. When can you no longer obtain patent protection? Why should you register a trademark? Why is copyright protection more advantageous than trademark protection? What is a “moral right”?

Mtre. Drapeau’s talk will be in English, Q & A session will be in English & French.
