IMPM presents "We Are All Ambiverts Now - The Impact on Leadership and Managing"
Join Professor Karl Moore from McGill University in this session on the link between leadership and personality types. In the past, there was a tendency to think of our typical leaders as being extroverts. Today, we need to think about these traits, leadership and managing differently. Adding another dimension to our thinking about diversity, we need to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of introverts, ambiverts and extroverts and learn how to work together with all three personality types. This session will help you learn how to build self-awareness, adapt your leadership style, and work more effectively with your team, your peers, and your manager. Professor Moore will also explore the impact of the Pandemic on each of these personality traits.
The discussion will be based on Professor Moore’s research and interviews of C-Suite executives on their leadership traits.
