Join Patricia Faison Hewlin, Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior as she discusses what does it mean for women to be authentic, and how does their level of authenticity impact their lives? Even in contemporary times, female students and women in the work world can find themselves caught between their own sense of authenticity and society’s definition of womanhood.

She will also share with us the risks and rewards of authenticity at work and in personal relationships and provide strategies for making room for greater authenticity in our lives.
