Getting Sound Sleep
This 2-part workshop is intended for students who have difficulty falling or staying asleep at night due to anxiety or low mood, and who face difficulty during the day as a result of poor sleep. Topics covered will include a guided discussion on the structure and function of sleep, sleep regulation, insomnia and its causes, and strategies to improve sleep quality. Note: This workshop consists of 2 sessions. Please plan on attending both dates.
Session 1: Thursday Sept 28 from 2pm to 3:30pm
Session 2: Thursday Oct 5 from 2pm to 3:30pm
