First-Gen Student Support
Meet First-Generation* students who have been where you are!
This event features an open discussion for undergraduate and graduate First-Gen students where they will be able to share their experiences, ask questions and learn more about McGill. There will also be opportunities for students to provide feedback to the First-Gen program at McGill. Bring a warm beverage and any questions you may have!
(We allow students to self-identify as "First-Generation", but it typically means student whose parent(s) or caregivers did not complete a four-year college or university degree. This can include students whose parents did not complete a four-year degree in Canada or the United States, and students who are or were youth in care.)
