Experience Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) in the Morgan Arboretum: Jan. 31

Join guide Jacky Farrell (McGill Science Outreach), for a bilingual Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk in the Morgan Arboretum. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break, recharge and celebrate winter!
For adults. (No dogs.) Space is limited and registration is required by January 30th at 9 am.
Details:
· This session – a value of $40/person – is being offered for a fee of $20 through McGill University.
· Please arrive at 9:30 am and pay at the entry: debit or credit only.
· We'll meet at the Conservation Center at 9:50 am (2nd parking lot) to check in. We’ll be leaving at 10:00.
This walk will be cancelled in the event of extreme cold, ice or heavy snow.
