ECC x Queer Engineer (QE): Speed Networking Evening

Come join the ECC and Queer Engineer for QE's biggest event of the year: our networking and mentorship event! Come get a chance to meet and learn from LGBTQ+ engineers across multiple fields. This will be a great opportunity to learn about multiple different industries as well as listen to the experiences of individuals from diverse backgrounds. The event will be held on February 27 at 6:00 in Thomson House. Save the date! This is an event you won’t want to miss.

Event Schedule:

• The event will be held in a speed networking format.
• We will begin with registration from 6:00 to 6:15. During this time each student will be separated into a group and assigned a professional.
• Every ten minutes, each group will switch professional.
• After 4 rounds (40 minutes) we will have a 20 minute break.
• We will then have another 4 rounds of speed networking, followed by a few minutes of general socializing, where students can go back and speak with professionals they already spoke to or professional they did not get a chance to meet

Free food and beverages will be available throughout the event. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be served.
