Design Thinking in the Classroom

What is Design Thinking? Is it just a “Strategy thing”? How can you incorporate it into your teaching? Our Teaching Brown Bag, in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Initiative, will address how Design Thinking leverages the power of an interdisciplinary approach to problem solving to serve as an effective tool for your students that can improve their classroom experience.

Join Rob Nason, Niels Billou, Jared Lee, and Matthew Goodman on February 15th from 1 to 2 in Bronfman 301 (Faculty Lounge) for a brown bag that includes:

• A general overview of Design Thinking principles
• Interactive activities to demonstrate Design Thinking in practice
• A panel discussion about how Design Thinking can be incorporated into any class.
