De-Stress through Freewriting

Looking to stay grounded throughout the end-of-semester grind? Join MORSL and the Peer Health Ambassadors for “De-Stress through Freewriting!” On Tuesday March 23, from 6-7pm, you’re invited to (virtually) gather for a reflective writing session. We’ll be exploring how meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling can promote stress management and spiritual well-being. This low-pressure event is open to everyone, from the published poet to the student who rarely picks up a pen to write. Never heard of freewriting? Join us to find out more! Free - all you need to do is register!

 

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
