Join MORSL and the Peer Health Ambassadors for "De-Stress through Freewriting" on Tuesday March 23rd, from 6-7pm (EDT) via Zoom. We'll be exploring how meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling can promote stress management and spiritual well-being. ⁠

This low-pressure event is open to everyone, from the published poet to the student who rarely picks up a pen to write.⁠
