DBT Skills - Emotion Regulation
The goal of an emotion regulation workshop is to help participants develop and improve emotion regulation. By engaging in this two- session workshop, participants may: develop emotional awareness, develop understanding of negative emotions, learn to accept negative emotions, learn new strategies to lessen the intensity and duration of emotional responses, and learn to increase positive emotions and engage in activities that bring joy and satisfaction.
Note: This workshop consists of 2 sessions. Please plan on attending both dates.
Session 1: Thursday Sept 14 from 10am to 11:30am
Session 2: Thursday Sept 21 from 10am to 11:30am
Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
