Resilience is the capacity to adapt successfully in the face of stress, and is more important than ever. It's a capacity that involves thoughts, behaviours & actions – and can be learned by anyone! This session uses basic neuroscience to explain our evolved negativity bias, and the multiple pathways towards creating positive change. Participants will experiment with new mindsets and proven practical tools to effectively increase their levels of resilience.
