Whether dealing with a sensitive issue with a boss or sorting out a conflict with a colleague, we often attempt to avoid difficult conversations. No matter how competent we are, we don’t readily embrace conversations that could cause us anxiety or frustration. In this session we will explore our internal and external barriers to conflict and learn how to prepare for a conversation that is clear, meaningful and effective.
