This 90 minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking. 

Please plan on attending both dates February 8 & 15.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
