 Strategies to Improve Low Mood and Reduce Anxiety for Arts Students

Two-part workshop to learn about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and use tools and strategies to gain more control over your thoughts, emotional reactions, and behaviors.  

This workshop is taking place on February 19 & 26.  Please plan on attending both sessions.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
