CBT for Depression & Anxiety Workshop

This workshop will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

Note: This workshop consists of 2 sessions. Please plan on attending both sessions Jan 21 & 28.
