CBT for Anxiety and Depression Workshop
This 90 minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking. Please plan on attending both dates.
Session 1: Friday, January 26, 2024 from 1:30 to 3pm
Session 2: Friday, February 22, 2024 from 1:30 to 3pm
