Breathe Easy: Yoga for Stress Relief
A weekly series with equal emphasis on:
- RELAXATION - releasing stress and tension.
- REJUVENATION - active, yet low-impact, energizing postures.
- PRACTICING CALM - self-soothing, embodied breathwork, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
All levels are welcome. Yoga mats provided.
When: Every Thursday from September 14th to November 30th starting at 12:00 pm
Where: 3600 McTavish (Brown Building), 3rd Floor, Room 3001
Students can register for one, or all sessions. Please note that space is limited, yet Desautels students have priority for early registration before it opens to all McGill students on August 28th.
