Black communities in oral medicine: a sociohistorical perspective and the way forward

Presentation by Dr. Pascaline Kengne Talla, Assistant Professor

Dr. Pascaline Kengne Talla is a dentist who worked in both public and private sectors. She holds a Doctorate from Université Laval in Community Health with experience in the use of health technologies. Over the past years, she worked in the Quebec health network, in partnership research, and closely with clinical settings. Her research focuses on oral health in the larger population and her research program centers around community outreach and innovations in oral healthcare. Dr. Talla joined McGill as an Assistant Professor in September 2021.
