How does race and racism impact the working environment? What is our role in shaping an anti-racist workplace culture? This workshop will explore how integrating an anti-racist practice can create a better workplace culture for all.

By attending this workshop, participants will be better able to:

• Analyze anti-racism practices to address experiences of racism in the workplace
