2nd Annual Biodiversity Festival - Intro to Forest Bathing: Walk on Mount Royal
For McGill students.
Join guide Jacky Farrell (McGill Science Outreach), for a Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) walk on Mount Royal. Forest Bathing helps us slow down, open our senses and follow our curiosities. What a great way to take a nourishing break and celebrate McGill’s Biodiversity Festival!
This session is being offered free of charge (a value of $30/person) to McGill students by the Faculty of Science.
Registration required by Sept. 22nd at noon. Space is limited so please honour your commitment.
Details:
- There will be no bathrooms on the walk so please plan ahead. There are bathrooms available in the Education Building.
- Bring a water bottle, bug spray if needed, dress appropriately for the weather and wear shoes/boots for walking on dirt and leaves – uphill.
This walk will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain.
