The issue reported below is intermittent. If you don't see your Centerstage spaces, please try logging out and back in.

Some users are unable to access their spaces in the Centerstage Content Management System after signing in. IT Services is working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.
Please be advised that there will be an upgrade maintenance affecting Webtop, XMAX, XMetal and Centerstage starting at 9:30 pm on Tuesday, March 11 until 1:30 am on Wednesday, March 12. Webtop and Centerstage will be unavailable for a period within this maintenance window.
This upgrade will achieve the following:
- Hardware renewal (in preparation for expanded usage of the Content Management System)
- Better compatibility with current browsers
- Improved tracking of concurrent license usage of XMAX<
The search in CenterStage is not working. When users go to the search they will see the following error message: "An internal error occurred on: CMS_ADMIN, contact your administrator".
Some users are getting an error message when they try to access their preferenes.
If you are editing documents using the plugin in CenterStage, you may get a plugin timeout when you try to upload the latest version.
The workaround is to close all browsers, then login to CenterStage and import the latest version of the documents from your computer
(they should be located under C:\Users\yourusername\Documentum\Checkout).
Maintenance will be performed on the Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) on Monday, November 26 between 6 pm and 11:59 pm. We do not anticipate any impact on McGill applications or IT services, however, with any such maintenance, problems may be incurred. We apologize in advance for any service interruptions.
Please be advised that the Content Management System (Webtop & CenterStage) will be unavailable on Wednesday, October 17 at 9 pm to Thursday, October 18 at 6 am for maintenance.
