A group of McGill students and alums who worked on the Myko Social Score app have received the 2015 Catalyst Award for Excellence in Applied Student Research.
The Award is sponsored by the McGill Office of Sustainability and is decided by a distinguished jury. DCL candidate Juan Pinto, undergrad law student Etienne Ravilet Guzman, as well as alumni Carolina Cruz-Vinaccia (LLM’11) and Guillaume Béal (LLM’14), were among the members of the multidisciplinary team that received the group award.

This 15-person workshop is by-application only: applicants will be asked to submit portfolios with samples of their creative writing. The new writer in residence will be in place by late May, at which point the Department of English will post further information about how students may apply for this workshop.

McGill IT Services will soon begin moving all McGill Exchange mailboxes to the Microsoft Office 365 cloud service, which provides 50 GB of email storage space online.
The migration of student and alumni mailboxes will be completed over a period of approximately seven months, starting with the first batch of students in June. Faculty and staff mailboxes will be migrated once the student and alumni migrations are complete. If you are eager to have your student mailbox moved over, see the note below on early migration.

In this special "Full Comment" editorial with co-author Sam Allison, entitled "Quebec's Rotten Boroughs," Bradley questions a new CRE (Commission de la Représentation Electorale du Québec) proposal's ramifications for Anglophones' rights to guaranteed representation in Quebec's National Assembly.
