One-hour walking tour along Sherbrooke St. W., led by two curators from the Redpath Museum, which focuses on the fossils, rocks and minerals of Montreal buildings. Tour begins at the Museum and ends at the McGill Bookstore. Includes a copy of "What Building Stones Tell," a richly illustrated 31-page booklet popularizing our knowledge of some of North America's most attractive and interesting rocks and fossils.

Learn how to create an effective home workout using small, inexpensive pieces of exercise equipment. The instructor will provide a list of recommended equipment and offer tips on where it can be purchased and how each piece should be used. A basic weekly exercise program using your new home gym will also be outlined and demonstrated. Dress prepared for a workout.
