4 pm - Dr Brian Alters, Tomlinson Chair in Science Education and expert on evolution education: "Defending Darwin and evolution today"; 5 pm - evolutionary snacks, prepared by Redpath Museum Student Club; 6 pm - tour and presentation by Dr Hans Larsson, assistant prof, Vertebrate Paleontology and Developmental Evolution, and expert on Mesozoic vertebrates: "Defending evolution with fossils." Program will be repeated on Monday, Feb. 13.

Presentation by Marc Lemieux. Marc Lemieux has been involved in election organizing and observation since his first UN mission in 1993 in Cambodia. In Nov. 2003 he was seconded to the RTI local governance project in Iraq, where he spent two years involved in USAID democracy promotion and the training of civic groups as election observers.
