The McGill Department of Integrated Studies in Education and the P. Lantz Initiative for Excellence in Education and& the Arts are seeking committed, talented, and creative individuals who would like to participate in an outreach mural creation inspired by graffiti and street art.
Extended study hours at Macdonald Campus Library will begin on October 1, 2016. From October 1 through December 20, in addition to the regular service hours, the Library will be open for study Monday to Thursday from 6 to 10pm and Saturdays from 12 to 8pm.

At the recent 27th Annual IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (PIMRC 2016), the group of Prof. Champagne received a Best Paper Award for their work “Intercept Probability-Constrained Secure MIMO AF Relaying with Arbitrarily Distributed ECSI Errors,” co-authored by Jiaxin Yang, Qing Li, Hao Li and Benoit Champagne. Jiaxin Yang and Hao Li are currently Ph.D. students in our ECE Department working under the supervision of Prof.
Joshua Morris is a Masters in Cello Performance student of Professor Brian Manker. He was recently a semifinalist in the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, and has also been a finalist of the McGill Classical Concerto Music Competition. The Peter Mendell Award is intended to foster the development of musical excellence, and was founded by lawyer Peter Mendell in 2005.
