Join Patrick Blaizel of the Montreal Auction House for an introductory workshop on auctions and unravel the mysteries of making a bid. Learn how auctions work, how to register as a bidder, the art of making a knowledgeable bid, how to find bargains, what types of auctions are held in Montreal, and much, much more.
Keep the kids busy during spring break with a guided visit of the radio and television studios of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, complete with a demonstration of sound effects and a tour of the scenery and the prop areas. The fun continues for the kids (and the parents!) with a radio workshop in a real studio where each participant will serve as a producer, host, technician or commentator and create a radio program. The tour and workshop are targeted to children between the ages of 9 and 12. Space is limited.
