Metamaterial Technologies Announces Appointment of Marco Goguen as Chief Financial Officer

Metamaterial Technologies Inc. (MTI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Marco Goguen has joined the company's executive team as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings over 20 years of experience as an investment banker, private equity investor and entrepreneur. Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Goguen was Co-Head of the Clean Technology Group at National Bank Financial and was responsible for all investment banking services to energy and industrial technology companies.
