Starting with the "round-ups" in Western Canada that saw many Aboriginal children adopted into non-Aboriginal families, Aboriginal children have for many decades been displaced from their birth homes. This film features seven adoptees who candidly share their stories and reveal how being adopted shapes an individual's identity throughout childhood. NFB film, 48 min, directed by Dana Inkster.
