The Life Sciences Library will close at 7:30 pm because the power shutdown will affect the emergency lighting system and we would like to be absolutely sure that everyone is safely out of the library and the building. The Institute for Health and Social Policy is delighted to offer eight new internship opportunities for students who wish to become involved in our research projects and to learn more about health and social policy. Student interns will work closely with researchers at the Institute, become part of the Institute team, and receive $1,000 upon successful completion of the project.

Twenty-two of the 27 McGill first-time writers of the Uniform Final Examinations received a passing rate of 82%. The Quebec average is 87%, while the national average is 79%. The Desautels Faculty of Management BCom graduates' performance is particularly noteworthy, with 20 successful first-time writers out of 22, a success rate of 91%. Pierre-Luc Cardinal, BCom'05, is listed on the Honour Roll as one of the best writers in Quebec.
