Invited to become a partner in United Yoga Montreal in September 2006, Len Blum currently teaches weekly beginner classes, a class focusing on using yoga to reduce pain, and study sessions exploring the 2,500-year-old "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" – the earliest recorded text on yoga and consciousness. Blum will speak about the history of yoga, the various styles of yoga, and its health benefits and effects on the brain.
