We are doing remodelling work on the 2nd floor of the McLennan Library Building (Humanities & Social Sciences Library) to increase the number of shelves. We are also adding more group study rooms on this floor, to meet student requests for this space. There may be limited access to the 2nd floor during this project from 9 p.m., Friday, Dec. 1, through the weekend. Thanks for your patience during this improvement.

Professor William Tetley's book on the October Crisis was launched at an event held in the Atrium on November 30, 2006. Published by McGill-Queen's University Press, this 376-page work makes meticulous reference to now available documentation and passages from Tetley's own 1970 diary, and addresses important questions about the crisis, balancing historical interpretation and personal recollection.
