Wine broker/importer Rob Elvy will be back this year to describe how best to pair wines with food. The menu will include a delicious four-course meal with a special appetizer, salad, entrée and sumptuous dessert! Wines will be featured with each course. All cheques for the event must be sent in by February 1, 2003. This event has sold out for the past three years, so get your cheques in early.
Professor Don McLean, Dean of the Faculty of Music, invites you to attend a special Toronto performance by the internationally renowned Jazz Orchestra I, conducted by Gordon Foote. This band, renowned as one of the top university jazz bands in the world, has produced seven CDs, and has made extensive tours of the UK and Europe. The McGill Alumni Association of New York extends a cordial invitation to McGill graduates, family and friends to a Ski and Winter Sports Day at Mountain Creek. We'll meet at the First Floor Cafeteria at the South Base Lodge. (Please note that there are two lodges, so make sure you are at the South Base Lodge.)
