CIRM appoints a communications coordinator

The directors of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Montréal (CIRM) are pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Levasseur as Communications Coordinator. CIRM’s increasing public activities called for the hiring of a coordinator who could prioritize and develop communications strategies that would best serve the centre and its members.

Community manager at CIRM since March 2020, Julie Levasseur has worked several years as a freelance writer/editor and has completed internships in the fields of communications, research, and translation. She studied journalism, public relations, and literary studies (M.A. McGill, 2021) before pursuing a doctoral degree in political science at the Université of Montréal.

We are extremely happy to be able to count on Julie’s experience, expertise, rigour, and enthusiasm. We congratulate her collegially on this appointment!
