Ways to donate:
Monthly Payroll Deduction
The most sustainable way to make a difference is by making regular payroll deductions over the course of the year. You can sign up for payroll deduction donation by following the personalized link included in the emails you receive from the Centraide campaign to your McGill email account. Once on the Centraide website, you can select the payment option of “payroll deduction,” and specify the total amount you want to give. Your donation will then be spread out evenly over 26 pay cycles. If you can’t locate your personalized email, please contact nancy.wong [at] mcgill.ca (Nancy Wong. )
If you already signed up for automatic payroll deduction, thank you! You don't have anything to do to renew your commitment for the 2015 Campaign. In Greater Montreal, one out of seven people is helped by your generosity! At any time during the campaign, you can go online to change your donation amount securely and confidentially by clicking the personalized link you received.
New minimum for Leadership-level gifts
Last year, over 120 McGill donors qualified as Centraide “Leaders” by giving $1,000 or more. In 2015, however, Centraide has introduced a new minimum of $1,200 for Leadership gifts. Please note that Centraide has not raised its minimum for Leadership-level gifts since the 1980s; therefore, we hope you will recognize the importance of making this increase to your donation, as it will ensure Centraide is better positioned to meet future challenges and respond to the ever-increasing calls for its support from organizations across the Montreal area.
Online donations are secure, fast, and confidential. When prompted by the online form to associate your donation with the company or organization where you work, please choose McGill.
You can also make a donations by mail, fax or e-mail. Make your donation by mail, fax or e-mail enclosing the completed donation form. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
