The Event

At PwC, we recognize that gender is not binary, and as such the event is aimed for anyone who self-identifies as a WOMXN (cis, trans, or non-binary), but is open to all undergraduate students, regardless of gender identity.

Diversity and inclusion is a priority because we need the best available talent to create value and solve important problems for our clients, people and communities. We hire and nurture professionals with a
variety of approaches to problem-solving, who are willing to challenge the status quo, who think differently from one another and who come from many different backgrounds and cultures.

WOMXN Rise is an event that will be held virtually. This event will consist of a series of fun and engaging activities which will help you understand your skills, focus on your core values and how these could relate
to your career choice, all while learning more about what it’s like working at PwC Canada, from the people who actually work here.

We’ll end by sharing more about our focus on diversity and inclusion with you, why it matters so much to us and information about our selection process.
