Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW)

The CREW program was originally established as an avenue to provide initial exposure and a chance to learn about a career in professional services to undergraduate students whose backgrounds are often underrepresented in the profession. We welcome ambitious women in their sophomore (second) year of undergraduate studies in the US and Canada to join us in one of our offices. You’ll participate in workshops, panels, and breakouts designed to help you build your skills and connect with other future leaders. Upon completing the program, if you are excited to pursue a summer experience as a Bain Associate Consultant, you will have an opportunity to apply for our Associate Consultant Internship.

Learn from women leaders at a top firm
Women are historically underrepresented at strategy consulting firms and we know it. This program is part of our decades-long effort to change that. Come hear from some of the most powerful women leaders in this field about how they’ve thrived here, get a feel for working as a consultant, and build your business toolkit.

Following the program, if you are interested, you will have an opportunity to interview for an associate consultant internship opportunity in the US or Canada.

Learn more about us through our affinity group Women at Bain and see what we’re doing about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
