  that they usually determine whether or not you will be invited for an int
 erview. As such\, they must showcase your skills and accomplishments. Ther
 efore it is extremely important to tailor your C.V. and cover letter to th
 e position you are targeting so employers know how your skills meet their 
 needs.\n\nThis workshop will help you to understand the various elements o
 f a CV (resume) and cover letter in order to compose a customized applicat
 ion that highlights your relevant skills to an employer.\n\nBy attending t
 his workshop\, you will be able to:\n\n\n	Understand expectations around th
 e format and purpose of CVs and cover letters\n	Identify strategies for cus
 tomizing application materials to specific jobs\n	Articulate your skills an
 d accomplishments within your CV and cover letter\n\n\nJesse McClintock wi
