 at Natural Resources Canada.\n	\n	SPEAKERS\n\n\n	Éric Sanscartier\n	Mr. Sansca
 rtier is Director of the Energy and Economic Analysis Division. Mr. Sansca
 rtier has been working for Natural Resources Canada since 2003 and was pre
 viously at Industry Canada and at the Privy Council Office.  Along with Mr
 . Des Rosiers\, he is one of the co-founders of the Policy Analyst Recruit
 ment and Development Program.\n\nMarianne A. Chapdelaine\n	Marianne is a Po
 licy Analyst at NRCan's Office of Energy Efficiency\, where she works on c
 orporate reporting as well as foresight. Previously\, she worked at Indige
 nous and Northern Affairs Canada on energy and environmental issues. Maria
 nne holds a PhD in Urban Studies from the Institut national de la recherch
 e scientifique\, a Master's degree in International Relations from Univers
 ité Laval\, and a B.A.A. in management from HEC Montréal. During her studi
 es\, she has lived in Santiago\, Rotterdam\, Brussels and Shanghai\, as we
