In June 2003 Roadtrip Nation selected 3 students from Jersey to go on their own roadtrip in the big green RV, to interview a variety of individuals from across the country who have defined their own roads in life. An RTN camera crew was along for the ride to guide and film the experience. Along the way, the trio from Jersey interviewed anyone from the director of Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, the CEO of Aspen Skiing Co. in Colorado, the founder of Nirvana's record label in Seattle, the CEO of Levis in San Francisco, to a Pulitzer Prize winning novelist in Carmel Valley. Having never been west of Philadelphia, the experience not only opened the students' eyes to new landscapes, but showed them new ways they could define their own roads in life. Roads that they never knew existed, until they went in search of...the open road.
