Indigenous Career Day

McGill’s First People’s House (FPH) in collaboration with the McGill Career Planning Service and Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers is hosting this event to connect current students and recent alumni directly with employers to discuss and bridge the school to work transition. This is an opportunity for indigenous students to meet with employers and discuss their thoughts on what they are looking for from employers as current students and new graduates.

Agenda for students:

11am-noon- Networking workshop hosted by a CaPS Career Advisor

Noon- 1pm- Lunch served at First People’s House at McGill.

1-2pm- Indigenous perspectives panel

2:30-4pm- Meet and greet between students and employers
