 iology\, Duke University \n\nHedwig Eugenie Lee is a James B. Duke Disting
 uished Professor of Sociology at Duke University. Professor Lee is broadly
  interested in the social determinants and consequences of population heal
 th and health disparities\, with a particular focus on the role of structu
 ral racism in racial/ethnic health disparities. Professor Lee is very inte
 rested in engaging in interdisciplinary research and has published and wor
 ked with scholars across a wide range of fields including sociology\, demo
 graphy\, psychology\, political science\, public health and medicine.\n\n
