PLEASE NOTE: Community Engagement Day will not be held in 2018.

SEDE would like to thank all the students, staff, faculty and of course our amazing McGill and Montréal community partners who worked with us to highlight essential social purpose work happening in our city, celebrate McGill's contributions to community engagement and reflect critically on what it means to work in solidarity with communities struggling to live with dignity and justice.

Since 2012, McGill students have been hired to lead the coordination and communications for CED, so we would like to thank each of these amazing teams and individuals for their leadership, integrity and creativity:

2012: Pamela Fillion & Max Halperin

2013: Emily Boytinck & Dan Moczula

2014: Eve Parker Finley &  Lina Martin Chan

2015: Megan Baiocco & Samiha Sharif

2016: Arabella Colombier & Ki-eun Peck

2017: Monika Barbe Welzel & Helen Ogundeji

McGill University is situated on the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehà:ka, a place which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst nations. We recognize and respect the Kanien’kehà:ka as the traditional custodians of the lands and waters on which we meet today.
