ACCESS TO AND USE OF CASE MATERIAL AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING THE RETAIL INNOVATION CHALLENGE (COLLECTIVELY “INFORMATION”):
I hereby acknowledge that for the entire period of the Retail Innovation Challenge (RIC), including any potential post-competition activity:
- I will use the Information solely for the purposes of the RIC, as described in the RIC guidelines.
- I will only share Information to my team members, as indicated to the RIC planning committee, to RIC case evaluation judges, and to other parties assigned to us by the RIC planning committee.
- I will immediately communicate any breach of Information to the RIC planning committee.
- When I no longer require use of Information for the purposes of the RIC, as described in the RIC guidelines, I will securely destroy any copies of Information produced.
