Academic title(s):
Associate Professor
Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery
Associate Member
Department of Biomedical Engineering
Department of Physiology

Areas of expertise:
The Pack Lab studies biological vision, using electrophysiological and behavioral measurements. We are interested in computational modeling that explains the nature of the neural code and its impact on conscious perception. We use techniques from machine learning and system identification to make sense of complex patterns of neural activity across regions of the cerebral cortex.
