Mailing documents

McGill strongly encourages applicants to upload their documents via Minerva (when applicable).

If you are unable to upload your documents, if you have been asked to send official transcripts or if you are applying to a program that requires additional supporting documents to be sent by mail, please send them to the relevant address (below).

Important note to applicants and guidance counsellors when supporting documents are required:

Please do not send any documents to McGill until after the application has been submitted and the student has received their 9-digit McGill ID number. Documents received at McGill before an application has been received can significantly delay or even prevent an admission decision.

Please note that it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that their documents are submitted by the applicable deadline and to the appropriate admissions office.
