CAS Approvals - Terminations

The type of appointment will determine the required level of written notice of termination to the CAS staff member, as well as the administrative processing of a Notice of Termination Form.

NOTE: The Notice of Termation Form is must be sent to (i) Dept/Faculty, (ii) APO, (iii) Budget, (iv) Payroll.
