Joceline Andersen

Joceline graduated with an MA in Cinema Studies from University of Toronto in 2009. Her work engages with spectatorship and audience reception of moving images, and her dissertation project explores the history of the cameo role in Hollywood cinema. Joceline's publications include "The Body of the Machine: Computer Interfaces in American Cinema since 1982," Projections: the journal for movies and mind 5.1, and “From The Ground Up: The Evolution of the Inside Out LGBT Film Festival of Toronto,” Canadian Journal of Film Studies 21.1.
